Man.. I LOVE Fall! But fall also means everyone is SUPER busy.. and that includes us over at the Minarik house. This is a post about.. nothing. I just felt like posting cause I haven't in a while.. A Little More "excited"

Were coming HOME tomorrow!! Right now I sit in our tiny house in Walla Walla Wa, surrounded by boxes. I will miss this cute little town- with its cute down town shops and the great weather and the pretty grape fields here in wine country.

But I wont miss it too much! Bring on the eight hour drive! I cant wait for the snow covered town of rexburg! Im thinking of our cute new apartment that my mom has been cleaning for me for the past 4 hours. Im excited to be by my favorite people in the world, be back where I belong, to be surrounded by that special spirit that BYU-I has to offer. I cant wait..

BLONDES REALLY DO HAVE MORE FUN!

I know I know.. Im a terrible poster these days.. Ive been CRAZY busy with work! But.. here's a quick catch up..

-MY MOMMY CAME TO VISIT.

- HOLY COW! I cant even begin to say how much I appreciated her coming! She brought me canned food, she froze a bunch of meals for mark and I to be able to just grab out of the freezer and eat. ( since I started working I do NOT feel like cooking.. wait, Ive never felt like cooking.. anyways...) She also cleaned my house, hung my mirror clock pictures and shelves, bougt me TONS of adorable stuff from target and bbb to make my house here, feel and LOOK like HOME. Its beautiful.. orange and red and animal print.. just what Ive always wanted! Ha.. (pictures to come soon) She also payed for me to get my hair done.. which brings me to my next update.

- MY HAIR IS LONG AND BLONDE AGAIN!

- YES! I finally feel like my old self again! Im sorry, but BLONDES REALLY DO HAVE MORE FUN. I dont care who you are (except for maybe megan fox) blonde is better. I get WAY more attention as a blonde.. haha. I might sound shallow but its TRUE! I love being blonde and LONG again! here is a couple pictures of me and rizzo... (not the greatest pics, taken by me, in the dark.. but they work.) Im so happy to be me again. THANKS MOM!!!!

- Its my birthday soon.. and Im so excited. i LOVE birthdays! ... Thats not really relevant to this post, but I thought I'd throw it in there.

- We took rizz to the dog park.. and have some other pics that we need to post but my camera DIED today while we were at the dog park and its sunday and I cant go buy batteries.. so as soon as I get to the store, I'll post some more pics.. but for now, here is another web cam photo of the family to prove that WE ARE ALIVE!!! :)

Walla Walla- Where's That?

So, I remember meeting mark over a year ago, and when I asked him about himself, he said he had been playing college basketball in Walla Walla for the past 2 years. I remember thinking to myself, "Walla Walla.. huh? Is that even in the united states?" For those of you who dont know, I am not too hot when it comes to geography. Anyways long story short, I am now an OFFICIAL RESIDENT of Walla Walla Washington. Mark and I found a great house to live in. (really cute on the inside.. i'll post pictures later). Its super cheap and allows us to have baby rizzo inside ;). Its nice hardwood floors, new cabinents.. small, but nice! the best part is, last weekend we loaded up a UHaul in idaho falls (courtesy of my AMAZING family.. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!) and drove it 9 HOURS to walla walla full of our BED couches and DECORATIONS! My orange curtains, picture frames, plates, flowers, ect. It finally feels like HOME. (sort of) I have a FABULOUS job. I am the Productions Assistant at Walla Walla Clothing Company. We sell amazing clothes, great denim, True Religion, Citizens, Sevens, Joes, Rich & Skinny, Rock & Republic, AG, Current Elliot, ect. Awesome tops and dresses, Bailey 44, Hale Bob, BCBG, Michael Stars, Splendid, Three Dot, Fifteen-Twenty, ect. and LOADS of cute jewelry! (the best part is.. i get 50% off.. i feel pretty stylin these days!!) Anyways, I get paid great, and get 40 hours a week AND i dont have to work sunday/mondays. I get to call the vendors to order merchendise, open boxes, put in PO's, and shop with customers all day. Its an awesome job. Mark is now the "Adavantage Point Learning Regional Manager" for A+ Advantage Point Learning. His job is looking very promising. Im pretty proud of him :) He is also the Assistant Basektball Coach at his old college. :) Im pretty pumped to get to sit at all the games and watch him in action. I miss my family SO SO much. And I dont know hardly anyone here, BUT I do work with a couple really nice girls, and we got invited to go to sunday dinner at a couples house tomorrow... It was a struggle at first, I wanted to move back to Idaho SO SO bad. But our big news is.. were staying here. I know your all so dissapointed that im not coming home.. I am too... :(. But, like the quote at the beginning of this post says, You will be more dissapointed by the things you DIDN'T do than the ones you did. This is an adventure for Mark and I. We are excited at the possibilities we have in our future. :) I have TONS to blog about, our bear lake trip, pics of our new house, my NEW BLONDE HAIR! (YES IM BLONDE AGAIN!!! YAAY!) ect. But... as you can tell, i have not been in the blogging mood lately. Hopefully more soon? Love you all :) Happy September! xoxoxo.
p.s. i just have to throw this in here, for the record. I have the most amazing husband in the world. Somedays I am so so undeserving of him. But he is always patient, kind, and thoughtful. He picks up, and does dishes, and cleans, and puts up with my whining beautifully. I love him and am way way more blessed than I deserve. Lucky Me :)

OPTIMUS PRIME

We went to transformers last night... it was fabulous. I love the picture of Mark in his shirt.. :) So cute... And people have been asking for a 'better' picture of my hair.. so here one is I guess. Um.. I dont really have anything else to "exciting' to report.. other than Mark and I went to the POUND the other day to look at PUPPIES!.. Can you believe it?!? He actually made me go! HE IS CAVING!! YAAY! Im so close to getting a dog, I can feel it! I'll keep you posted! Send good vibes my way!

Fun times and BAD decisions :)

My sisters came to visit! O MAN! It was a BLAST! They did SO MUCH for me! Took me shopping- cleaned my apartment- and just took care of me! It was so amazing to have them here. I missed them so much. it was awesome to see them- I needed more of them in my life! THANKS MISTY AND TRISTA FOR EVERYTHING! Im so sad to have them leave :( We read together .. I have book 1 Misty has book 2 Trista has book 3 and Ripken has a coloring book :)

So.. as you can see.. I had a CRAZY thought this last week.. l want to dye my hair! So.. the top picture of this post is a picture of my last day as a blonde!.. I went and had it died BLACK and CHOPPED OFF! The color part i really like- the picture doesn't do it justice.. but the LENGTH is killing me.. its SO stinkin short! And.. I sorta miss being a blonde! :( But im learning how to be a brunette! :) What do you think?

Crazy Eh?

4127.06 Miles!

Well, for those of you who dont know-- we moved from Vegas to Washington a week after we were married! Yes, we have loaded our entire lives into a car 3 times since we were married and never got into a fight- thats how we know were gonna last forever ;). We drove all the way to Vegas, unpacked all our stuff, settled into our apartment, went to a hotel for our honeymoon, went to Spokane for a reception, flew back to Vegas, unpacked our apartment, packed it up again, and drove to Tri Cities Washington. (Which is pretty much just like Idaho Falls, we named it Washington Falls) Here is what we've been doing!














I tried selling for a while ( as you can tell from my face in that top picture i just loved it..close toed shoes and a shirt with a collar, WHAT?!?!) I loved it so much I quit- I now work at the mall.. something that is much more me! Ha. The last pic is from this weekend. Mark and I went to Walla Walla to watch his cousing Katie in her last golf tournament. She was amazing- she matched her 'personal best' score ( im proud i know what that means ;0 ) it was really fun. The middle picture is of our first grocery shopping experience- as you can see, it was an ADVENTURE! Ha. To mark, shopping is an art form- Im an in, grab stuff to make brownies and salad and get out kind of shopper. Mark has to take like seven minutes per item debating on if he really will eat it, and if he is getting the best deal- I couldn't handle it;). Who knew boys actually ate food? Salad and brownies just wont do it... wow.. It was a wake up call! I appreciate his 'passion' for shopping BUT since then, I have gone to the store while he is at work ;) Im loving life, its so fun being this close to Marks family. Also, I am so grateful for MARK. He amazes me. He works SO HARD all day long to provide for our family. I am so grateful to have such an amazing guy like him to take care of me. No matter what I do, or how much I complain he never gets mad or annoyed, he never complains, he does his own laundry ;) and I cant imagine life without him. Thanks for working so hard and always being so positive babe. I LOVE YOU!

 I LOVE the Easter Bunny. What a great guy. I dont know what happens at your house, but at MINE the Easter Bunny has a bag full of jelly beans on his back, and whenever he comes to my house it always gets a hole in it, so he leaves a trail wherever he goes- thats how you find your basket. Sometimes its hidden in an easy spot, sometimes it takes hours to find. Its  one of my favorite parts of easter. (the spiritual meaning behind Easter is my favorite part obviously) I thought I was going to be smart and hide Marks in a really tough spot.. he found it in like five minutes. I guess Im going to have to up my game next year! I got him some candy and some SWEET basketball shorts that he wanted really bad. (He was really excited.) He got me an adorable 'easter bunny' and a phone cover that I needed badly, and lots of candy. He is so sweet, I loved it. Thanks Mark! My entire family came over and we all ate dinner together. I love spending time with my family.. we are the coolest. 

 My mom got me a basket.. here is a pic of it. 

It was the second best basket I have ever received. (The first being the one Mark gave me of course.) She got me TONS of MODEST (yaay) clothes. and ed hardy perfume, and shoes, and pens (school supplies are my favorite gifts to get.. seriously) some awesome jewelry (betsey johnson.. be jealous).. and other stuff I cant remember at the moment. THANKS MOM! My parents always make holidays so much fun. Mark thinks its funny.. all the little things we do on random holidays.. but I say, Life is meant to be enjoyed. So live it up! Thanks mom and dad for always making my life so FABULOUS. 

My favorite Easter Tradition was not performed this year.. and Im bitter about it. Every year for my entire 20 years of life, we have been brought either baby ducks or baby bunnies from the Easter Bunny. I was so disappointed that he slacked off this year. Is there such thing as an Easter naughty list? I must be on it :(  Mark and I saw some baby ducks on sale at Brolums for like three bucks and I tried my hardest to get him to buy me one, but I was unsuccessful. Last year I got a bunny named Gizmo (on the left).. cutest thing ever and so smart, would come when you called him and everything.... but tragically my dad said he "ran away". He was smart, but not that smart dad! So heres to wishful thinking that NEXT year I will get a pet. (I really LOVE animals if you couldn't tell.) 

This is a long post. Sorry,  I hate it when people post mostly text.. but Im tired.. so it is what it is. Mark and I also got a new digital camera, a marriage license and a joint banking account. Wow.. I feel so grown up! :)

Mark was just telling me that I needed to post another blog and I told him I have no pictures or any exciting news to post... Why?

Its MARCH. 

Girls... you know what Im talking about. March is probably my least favorite month out of the year. Its the one month when millions of women go husbandless.. Basketball is on the television, and boredom is in the air. As a result of Mark ignoring me (I cant blame him.. between watching one game on T.V. and another online, checking the stats every three seconds, and filling out brackets.. who has time for me?!?) I decided I need a hobby. I've started making a recipe book - Organized my files on my computer- Found a Puppy online that I want- and even tried to catch up on some homework... So Ladies PLEASE.. any ideas on something I can do with all my time so I dont go MAD? :) 

o and.. just for kicks..  here is the puppy I want my love to buy me.. its a CHUG. Chiwawa and Pug Hybrid- Don't you think I deserve one?!?! (he promised I could get one.. :) I just want it NOW!) 

VEGAS BABY!!!

We finally decided where were going to live and sell for the summer!!! ......

Mark got me SO excited today when he showed me the place we get to live! Here are some pics.. 

Isn't that cute??! Im super super excited. We are so lucky to have my brother-in-laws to hook us up with Pinnacle. I'll get a tan (a sexy farmers tan.. but a tan all the same) and some of my best friends,  Lindsay and her husband Jon, and Kyra will be there. And our manager Shane and his cute wife Nichole will make it fun as well! It is going to be FABULOUS! Im a little (a lot) nervous to sell, but hey, new life experience right? yaay for vegas baby!!
